Your UK Flat Roof Specialists – Why Consider TopSeal?

TopSeal offer the UK’s leading BBA certified fibreglass flat roofing system, however,
we are not limited to one product.

We offer a suite of different flat roof options ensuring there is a flat roofing solution for every type of property and roofing requirement, be that commercial, residential or a listed, iconic building.

A product which has attracted keen interest in the flat roof repair and refurbishment market is the Direct Lay Roofing System.

As with all our systems, Direct Lay is only fitted by trained and approved specialist installers and comes with a full 20-year guarantee.

All our local installers have superb reviews, as our reputation is based not just on the quality of products but also the quality of installation.

The Direct Lay system is one of our flat roofing options that is cold-liquid applied. With no heat or flames created, the roof can be applied while the property remains in use. For a business, this is a huge advantage as they can continue to trade even while the flat roof is renovated.

A Flat Roof for Every Project

Two other common flat roof ranges are designed for domestic and commercial properties.

For domestic properties, TopSeal’s flat roofing is used for conservatories, extensions, garages, renovations and more.

Coming in a range of styles and more than 1,000 colour shades, there is a roof to blend in with the rest of the property, while the homeowner also has the reassurance of an industry-leading guarantee.

TopSeal Standard has a 25-year guarantee, HD has a 30-year one and Double Top a 40-year guarantee. Even these underestimate the durability of the roofs, we expect every TopSeal roof to survive 100 years.

For commercial properties, TopSeal offer huge versatility.

The ease of use and ability to tackle any degree of detail sees TopSeal used for complex areas such as tanking, lining and gulleys in any pitch to vertical.

Cold-applied and with shorter curing times than other products, TopSeal commercial roofs are BBA approved and have fire retardant properties to BS476 part 3 EXT.F.AA.

As with domestic roofs, guarantees start at 25-years and extend to 40 years for the Double Top system.

Other roofing systems are available for green roofs, balconies, walkways and stairs,
    simulated lead and copper.
